The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is advancing safety and operational upgrades along State Road 426 (Fairbanks Avenue/Aloma Avenue) from South Park Avenue to North Lakemont Avenue in Winter Park. Planned improvements include roadway resurfacing, raised intersections, upgraded pedestrian crossings, new Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons (PHBs), enhanced pavement markings and signage, and other features designed to increase safety and connectivity for everyone traveling through the corridor.
